Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist (Momen Sanitary Pad) to spearhead our market penetration efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts and securing product listings in supermarkets, convenience stores and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential new clients in supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and client meetings.
• Previous experience in sales or event participation, especially in FMCG or hygiene products, is an advantage.

What We Offer:

• Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (based on experience).

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
