About Us:
Momen is a fast-growing brand under Tresco Meditec, specializing in medical and personal hygiene products. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Public Relations and Brand Awareness Specialist for MOMEN Organic Cotton Sanitary Pad to enhance our brand presence through strategic communication, partnerships, and events.
Job Responsibilities:
KOL & Influencer Management: Identify, connect, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote the Momen brand.
Media & Press Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists, prepare press releases, and manage media coverage.
Government & Corporate Relations: Liaise with government officers and organizations to support branding and outreach efforts.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, media briefings, and awareness campaigns.
Brand Exposure: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness across different channels.
Content Development: Create engaging communication materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written).
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in public relations, media management, event planning, or brand communications.
Prior experience working with media outlets, influencers, or KOLs is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with event planning, press release writing, and branding strategies.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a bonus.
Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and approachable, with a positive attitude.
Working Hours & Location:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Location: Meru, Klang (Hybrid work possible).
Remuneration Package:
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (depending on experience).
EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
