Tresco Meditec Sdn bhd is a fast growing company seeking highly motivated and experienced Medical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Medical Product Specialist (Surgical Disposables), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the market.
This is a full-time position, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices
- Effectively present and demonstrate our range of high-quality surgical disposable products to key decision-makers
- Negotiate and secure sales and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide accurate reporting to the sales management team
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the surgical disposables or related healthcare products industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing sales
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, life sciences, healthcare, or business administration
